A Mindfulness Journey Into The I AM ... the Tree

This was written about a tree or many trees that have come into my path recently teaching me and mirroring elements found in humanity.

This particular tree always calls to me when I visit this area. I tend to find myself drift in deep meditation when I heed the call.

If we quiet the noise, we can hear their whispers and feel their love and or pains. I know it may sound kooky to some of you, but it really is a choice.

It is a matter of shifting perspectives, quieting the mind, and surrendering to the flow of what is. This can be achieved through various mindfulness based practices.

So, I hope you enjoy.

My view as I lay on the branch of this 
tree. Full of scars, yet the light of day 
shines through

"I AM ... the Tree"....

Today, I am the tree with my arms stretching out like branches, my feet digging deeper into the earth like the roots, my hair catching the sun's rays and moving in the breezes tapping in to the infinite mystical wisdom, essence, and energies of the tree.

I am the tree who's leaves bustle in the breeze dancing with the heavens. I bask in the nurturing rays of the sun. The health of my leaves provides nourishment and life for other life forms dependent on me.

I am the tree who is rooted in the earth anchoring me and nourishing my soul. I am grounded. I feel safe, strong, and resilient. The health of my roots will determine the heath of my trunk, branches, and leaves. The deeper my roots go, the stronger I become when a storm arises.

I am the tree whose roots are wrapped around me tightly, giving me strength, security, and stability. My roots make me feel warm and comforted. I am loved and nurtured in all ways.

I am the tree whose branches sprout growth reaching higher and higher towards the sky. I am nourished by the earth and the heavens. I am permeable and grow in areas most needed. My branches transform and transmute the past into the new.

I am the tree whose branches bare scars of my past reminding me of where I came from. But more importantly, they remind me how well I have healed over my wounds, and where I still need healing.

I am the tree whose trunk stands firm connecting the ground with the sky. I feel strong and stable reminding me of how far I have come keeping the memory fully intact of the summary of all that has happened since my birth.

I am the protector and lifeline for the rest of me. I can easily tap into the ancient wisdom when necessary.

I am sheltered.

I am permeable.

I am in symbiotic relationship with the rest of the world.

I am the tree basking in the wonders of life.

I am physically and spiritually nourished.

With tree, the past, present, and future blend beyond time as one.

I am life

I am death

I am tree.

Reflections with Osprey Post Solar Eclipse

I wrote this after a few days of sifting through pictures, deep reflections and meditation with osprey. 

For some reason I felt a huge tug every time I looked at the photos I took of a few osprey while on Cape Cod during the 2017 solar eclipse. So I decided to let the messages flow at the end of my pen.

I hope you receive the magic and guidance of osprey as I did. Here is what came out as a result:

Today, I continue to spread my wings surrendering my fears.

Fear and anxiety begins to dissipate when I trust my wings will guide me to new heights.

All is well.

The osprey in me guides me to reclaim my power healing old emotional wounds surfaced and let the past traumas of abuse to strengthen me.

With the osprey, I am taught to trust in abilities and have the confidence to know I can achieve my goals.

With osprey, I gain clarity in my visions strengthened by the recent solar eclipse (I took this pic at the observatory while we witnessed the solar eclipse)

With osprey, I am keenly aware of the messages from the divine and listen for their divine guidance.

With osprey, I transform and transmute all that no longer serves me for my highest and best.

With osprey, I communicate more effectively.

And so it is

Lessons During The Bipolar Ping Pong Match of Emotions to Paradoxical Extremes

Ahhhhhh March is finally here. February sure proved to be a struggle for so many. What we've experienced lately is what I want to call, "a bipolar ping pong match" of emotions to paradoxical extremes ... And ... if you live in New England, you know what I mean with the constant bombardment of snow storms right after another literally and metaphorically with the fallout of lots of anger, frustration, stress as well as peace, beauty, and grace. Many even experienced roof collapses, loss of work, injuries, accidents,or burst pipes.

We came into the new year knowing it would begin with some challenges with stuff we still needed to work on that was residual from last year before it balanced out. However, what we've experienced lately was way above our expectations to say the least. Nonetheless, we gained many valuable lessons that will carry us through to the next chapter in our life if we paid attention.  

I recently read a post by Abraham-Hicks that made me stop and think as it relates to everything that has been occurring in and around us.

"In the same way that the Law of Attraction is responding to the thoughts, words, and actions that you are offering here in your physical reality, the Law of Attraction is always responding powerfully to your Vibrational Reality. When the Law of Attraction, the Universal manager of all Vibrations, responds to the clarity of Vibration offered by your expanding Inner Being, the result is a powerful swirling Vortex of attraction."

You may need to read that several times for it to truly sink in. We create our own realities by the very vibrations or ripples we create. Have you taken an assessment lately of the vibrations you are creating? Are you running ragged without a thought to what is being created vibrationally or are you taking time out to realize this is all part of the greater master plan to bring us closer to our divine soulful path to what we came in this world to do?

Are you focused on all the drama, chaos, and tragedy around you or are you seeing the silver lining through it all? Do you see the blank pages ahead of you? You are the author of your own life. You choose from this moment on what is written in those pages.

Is the path you seek visible? Blocked? or Open?

Over the past several weeks, we've seen an uprising of peace, beauty, and positive change mixed with sudden bursts of fury and rage. With each occurrence, we were tested ... challenged ... to become the master of our own ship. We were reminded to shift our focus and count our blessings. 

None of us were immune. I know for me personally February was difficult on many levels. The challenges I have been attempting to clear, purge, and heal over the last 10 years were magnified over the past several weeks. However, we are all given choices. We could choose to wallow in our chaos or rise above it.

The first step is to always remain present no matter what life presents to you. Living in the past and the future if you have tried is like a hamster riding the wheel and can't get off. Nothing changes.

The past is past and can not be changed no matter what you do. Staying there only holds you back and breeds depression. Ever see the movie Groundhog Day? Well staying in the past, is like reliving the same day over and over and over again and no matter what you do. It is always the same. So how do you break the cycle? Start with acceptance and forgiveness of the past and all those associated with it.

Living in the future with all the what if's, only breeds worrying and anxiety of things, people, and situations that may never happen which could lead to more negative outcomes. So what are your choices? Stay present and begin manifesting what you want.

So what did I do?

I chose to see all the chaos and fury that was around me with the beauty and magic in it all. I even devouted a series of photos called the "The 2015 Ice-capades of Icicle Craziness" as part of my journey and discovery. I chose to appreciate the beauty and the paradox at the same time of such destruction by mother nature from these recent winter storms. I can not recall the last time I saw such magnificent icicles in my lifetime. These were quite beautiful in the fury and destruction of it all.

What else did I learn?

I learned to surround myself with others who not only would see the bright side of things, but knew me well enough to remind me of the journey and path I am on. Hence, staying focused on the goal on where I want to be in my life. 

So I continued to engulf myself in these storms from their beauty in the fury to the life that emerges afterwards. I travelled to various parts of Massachusetts looking to see what Mother Nature had in store for me. I saw this as an adventure and an exciting one at that. 

Here is a sampling of images from my journey this past month.

For myself, I chose appreciate the small things and count my blessings through all this chaos. A lot of possibilities arose if we open ourselves to see.

Spring is around the corner. All the storms we have been experiencing literally and metaphorically will soon come to an end. The grips of Father winter are waning with the emergence of spring.  March is finally here and marks change no matter where you are on the planet. It also signifies a new season of life for those on the northern hemisphere. Right now it is important to keep the faith under all the blankets of snow.

 

New growth is upon all of us.  March signifies the emergence of spring and the beginning of your seeds to emerge from the ground. This is a huge transformational month for all of us. How we choose our thoughts ... How we choose to act and react ... How we choose to move forward ... How we nurture those seeds are crucial. So be aware and mindful, but make sure to keep the faith.... How we nourish those seeds we planted will determine the outcome.

What February has taught us was quite valuable even though you may not quite see it yet. Just like you don't see the emergence of crocuses, tulips, and daffodils under the mountains of snow waiting to burst through. 

The universe is asking you to get a grip of your emotions and step outside the box so you can look at things from a new perspective. It is time for you to surrender your anxieties and worries over to the Universe and let go of things you can not control.

So just for today, pause for a moment. Take a slow deep breath and focus on all the positives in your life. Stay present and begin to watch your life transform. You just might surprise yourself about what you will discover. You have a blank page and new chapter. What will you write? The Universe has spoken like the Great Oz himself. Now the choice is yours on what to do.

Spiritual Paradoxes After A Storm

"Never forget the beauty that rises after every storm." The sun returns and this morning's sunrise in #Quincyma after last night's snowfall is absolutely magnificent. 

More snow? Well there sure has been some paradoxical extremes lately ... And ... if you live in New England,  you know what I mean with the constant bombardment of snow storms and blizzards right after another over the past six weeks with the fallout of lots of anger, frustration, and stress. 

We came into the new year knowing it would begin with some challenges before it balances out. However, what we've experienced was above our expectations to say least so far, but with many valuable lessons if you pay attention.

It has been a rough few weeks for so many people especially for those bombarded with the recent snow storms, roof collapses, etc in New England. This is a picture I took a couple days ago after the 5th major snow storm in New England in the last month. I was in awe of the beauty of the sun setting against the cool snow. For myself, I am trying to appreciate the small things and count my blessings through all this chaos.

Expansion Mode ... Getting Unstuck ... Moving Past Fear

What a week it has been. Emotions seems to have gone to extremes this week. Would you agree? There is no coincidences in life ... just synchronicities. This redtail hawk seen above was a wonderful confirmation of where we are and how to move forward.

We are all in expansion right now. However, somehow for some reason some of us are fighting it even though we are telling ourselves we are not. It's time to go deep within and release whatever is holding us back. Hopefully this tip for today will help.

#‎JUSTFORTODAY‬:

• "Let go of your fears. Fear can be a very debilitating emotion if you let it control your life. Exchange your fear for faith and courage, and pass right through it. With faith all things are possible. With courage, you act upon that faith. The only thing preventing you from achieving what you want is your fear. So just for today, stare at fear right in the face. Stand firmly on your ground. Allow your inner core gain strength and empowerment. Then with faith and courage keeping walking and allow the fear to pass behind you. Today's message culminates all the previous messages this week especially in regards to "how" or not seeing what's blocking you form moving forward the way you would like.

Basically, the Universe is reminding you once again, like Dorothy in Wizard of Oz, you've had the power all along.

Right now you are being asked to reach deep within and up your own in your inner reserve. Take a deep breathe. Quiet the mind and rise or lift above the emotional level that has been wreaking havoc in your life lately ... Although all this snow in New England has tested everyone's emotions lately.
While calming the mind, you get clarity. While here, try to separate from any turmoil that you may find disruptive ... I know the snow isn't going away. So it is a matter of shifting perspective in this case.

After you do this, take some mental notes. Observe what is happening around you. Don't partake especially if you sense any kind of opposition or hostility. Just become the observer.
This is a lesson about going within and learning to shift. You can take another approach to whatever has been resistant and still achieve your purpose. Hence the term, think outside the box. Success is closer than you think. You just need to get out of your own way and partner with your higher self and the Universe. Try it. What do you have to lose? What do you have to gain? Mercury Retrograde, Snow Storms, & Cosmic Changes Oh My!

We have a choice to drown in tragedy or revel in the blessings. What do you choose? 

What a ride the past month has been. Mercury retrograde, snow storms, and cosmic changes oh my! With every perceived roadblock we encountered, also rose an opportunity. Everything is what we perceive it to be and many see these as negative. However, there are many of us that either have learned or have become aware and are learning to bend with the Universe and take away the positive aspects mercury retrograde, storms, and cosmic changes have to offer us with a lot of "re" such as reevaluate, redo, relax, replenish, revamp, readjust, release etc that are amplified and accelerating.

What have you learned about yourself in the past month? Did you experience any paradoxes? For me personally as I rode out these latest storms ... metaphorically and literally, I began noticing patterns and observations such as:

• We have a choice to drown in tragedy or revel in the blessings. What do you choose? 
• Such simple beauty in such destruction. The paradoxes are almost rhythmic. Do you agree?
• I am at awe at the beauty in mother nature's fury. A sign of life where there is death.
• In the midst of chaos, we can find beauty.

We may not see it, but the opportunities we seek are right in front of us. Everything we need to break free from the bonds of our current situation are within our reach. We have 8 more days of mercury retrograde. Today is a full moon, and New England just got clobbered with record snowfall in the past week. It is a great time to assess whatever roadblocks, challenges, or issues and break free once and for all.  So what will you choose to do with all this changing energy?

The full moon today gives us another opportunity to harness its amazing power and energies if used correctly as it acts like an amplifier to whatever is happening in your life at this given moment.  So the more positive ripples and energies we put out today, the better.

We have a choice to make. The Universe is asking us to first take responsibility for the situation we are in now. Acknowledge your part. These binds are what we create with our thoughts and words. Nothing is fixed in place. However, the negative thoughts we create in our minds create our greatest prisons.

We are being reminded like Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz, we've had the power all along. It may not be easy, but it's true.

So take a step back.

Pause.

Gain some clarity.

Click our ruby slippers towards the solutions we seek.

Mercury retrograde is a perfect time to review, relax, readjust, redo, and reevaluate. Everything is in divine order. The rest is free will. Time to grab that sword and cut those binds.

So surrender to what is. Let go of what was and have faith in what will be. Have a blessed day.

Death Is Merely A Transformation ...

Every one of us experiences a storm. No one is immune. I wrote this a while back called "Reflections" and wanted to share with you the light at the end of every storm. It is all about how we ride these storms which will determine how we emerge.

REFLECTIONS -

Funny how life works ... sitting here at Blue Hills thinking about how hard things have been over the last 10yrs for me, my family and many other wonderful people I know and all the beautiful surprises that are beginning to emerge. I am sharing this not to get sympathy, but to show that no matter how dire life can seem, anything can change in a moment if we have faith.

I was VERY successful in many past endeavours which in light of recent exciting events have been getting much reflection lately. However, some of my greatest challenges surfaced over the passed 4yrs w a brutal narcissistic abusive ex who has been relentless in attempts to destroy my life at all costs ... and at a calculatable financial loss of over $600k. I can not control what he chooses to do. However, I can choose my reactions to his grievous and malicious actions.

Through these very difficult life lessons with a karmic past, I was forced to close a very successful health and wellness business and later laid off from teaching at a wonderful college with some of the most amazing people I have ever met. I have never had so many obstacles in life and career as I have since 2006 all as a result of NOT listening to my gut and marrying the wrong person. At times, losing faith that things would turn around.

The pendulum has swung. The Phoenix has risen. And karma is quite angry. As the saying goes, every dog gets their day. I am still waiting, but I grow more hopeful every day.

Of coarse I had to deal with these aweful things, and struggled many times trying to find ways to not let things out of my control, control my life and destroy all the successful potentials I had to offer life. I went back to my roots. Accepted certain gifts I have ... many I am still working on accepting my abilities and talents. ... Opened myself to ALL opportunities before me regardless of restrictions ... confronted and overcame many fears (still working on many) . .. and stayed connected to my spirituality. .. The gutters have been cleaned, scrubbed, and ready for the water to flow freely once again through the channels of success in the spring.

I am grateful for all the blessings and surprised opportunities that have been rising over the passed few months. Many of these including celebrity events, charity events, volunteer movie set opportunities. However, the greatest opportunity was having the courage to come out of the closet regarding my psychic mediumship abilities which have been utilized in the past to some degree to help me in my work in health care with analysis, treatment, and patient care as well as my teaching style in the college, helping other victims of abuse to heal, my church, my spirituality and elsewhere.

I am even MOST grateful for those individuals who have entered into my life during the darkest of my days. Yet became my friend, supported me, and loved me unconditionally without judgement. You all know who you are. I am grateful. All the wonderful transformations happening in my life now, I owe to you. I love you all and hopes I can be there for each and every one of you as you have for me. I have never felt more like me again as I have over the past few months.

Thank you all and thank you spirit for finally placing my life back on track.

Welcome 2015. It's a new day. It's a new year. Let bygones be bygones. The sun is shining. We all woke up alive and breathing.

2014 was quite the year for change to say the least. We experienced huge emotional storms. H...owever, these storms set the stage of a solid foundation for great things to manifest and come.

Faith was certainly pushed to it's limits this past year. However, at the end of the day, all we have is faith. With faith, all things are possible.

The personal storms are clearing. It is time to leave the past behind you and close that chapter to begin the next. The sun is returning. This is a perfect time to plant those heirloom seeds you have been wanting to plant. It is time to begin anew.

Have a little bit more faith and move forward without fear. Let's go to work and make this year great. Happy New Year.

A Cardinal Message From Spirit

The time is 5:35 a.m. and the faint sounds of what could be thunder in the distance get my attention or could it be the sounds of the trash being picked up from the dumpster? The sound happens once more, but once again too faint to clearly identify. Then at approximately 5:55 a.m. a much louder repeated echoing boom happened. Ahhhhh the confirmation it was thunder.

One could take one road to the dark, dank, depressing side of the morning and say, “oh how I wish I were still in bed right now”. However, realizing the rain is required for the earth to flourish … for spring flowers to bloom … and for nourishment to all life, I embraced the rain.

As I begin to leave my home wondering if I was going to be stuck in a downpour, I remind myself that it is April 9th and it will be 70 degrees and sunny later on. So I smiled and left my house.

It is now 6:06 a.m. Amidst the dankness and drizzle appears, red cardinal to my right about 10 feet above me brightly displayed on a limb of a branch as if I were watching a black and white film with a red hand colored painted bird singing his song and bolstering his voice. As I walk by him, I am reminded and in awe of his beauty. I felt as if I were watching a movie reel, but instead of the bird was not moving, I was the one moving and watching him as I slowly walked to my car.

His voice was clearer and louder and more beautiful than all the other morning songs combined by the other birds. This is not the first time I have heard him as I hear him every morning. So why is this day different? It is how he presented himself to me, and in a way I knew without a doubt it was a message.

What does this all mean? Well, for you, it can mean something completely different. One thing I have learned over the years is that nature and the universe works in synchronicity with our lives and will always present messages to us if we dare to listen. You can do all your research you want and what others say a meaning is. However, in the end, the meanings are customized in your own language that you must learn to interpret.

Symbolically, the rain can be a reflection of emotions and can symbolize rebirth, sadness, or cleansing. What it means to you is different than what it means to me. For me, it is symbolic of cleansing and rebirth and to know I am safe and protected. It is also to remind me to call upon my angels and ascended masters more as confirmed by the times which in numerology are reflected by the four and five. The four is about the angels and the five is all about transition.

The rumble of thunder was to get my attention and to help me realize the inner power and strength I have to overcome this latest obstacle in my life. Thunder is symbolic of great energy and power and is also associated with Zeus, the god of all gods. Hearing the thunder in the background is a reminder to harness my inner energy and power.

We are nearing the end of one cycle and beginning a new as represented by the date, which in numerology is a ten number. It is also a time of spring which has a long history of spiritual significance throughout the world. Spring is a season symbolic of rebirth, resurrection, and a time when great confrontations and polarities occur in nature: darkness and light, death and rebirth. For me, it is an important stage of self-realization and empowerment and a reminder that the darkness is fading and light is returning.

The cardinal may be a small bird, but it is strong and rich in color and voice, which happen to be the strongest characteristics of this bird. Because this bird is a year round resident, it is associated with the number 12. This can mean a host of things from changes occurring within the next 12 days, 12 weeks, or 12 months; or it can mean communication. Since this was a male cardinal, it is associated with perseverance. Since I am female and if I were to call on the female cardinal inside, it would be associated with intuition.

The color of the cardinal is also very significant. Once again, what it means to you can be different from what it means to me. The bright red color has associations to the base chakra, to the Cardinals of the Catholic Church, and to the kundalini in yoga.

The message for me is a simple reminder to listen to my gut and rise above the situation no matter how dire it appears to me. The message is reminding me to see the bigger picture and sing loud enough for the whole world to hear me in a voice that is strong, confident, unwavering, and louder than all the other voices around me. Keep singing until someone hears me and never give up. It is time to activate the personal power within and leave behind all fears and excuses.

Considering the very challenging events that have transpired over the past two weeks, I am grateful to spirit for this day and for this confirmation message I needed to empower my strength and courage and quell my fears. Thank you for helping me walk the walk, speak my true voice, and have the strength and confidence to do so.

Reflections in Divine Syncronicities

It was a beautiful Tuesday morning, April 4, 2014.  I decided to take the back country roads to take care of some personal business per court order by Brockton Family Court Judge Lisa Roberts. While enroute travelling west, I was reflecting on all the tragedies and especially triumphs in my life when the song, "The Broken Road", by Rascal Flats came on the radio at the same time I passed by four swans at approximately 12:42pm.

I'm not a big Rascal Flats fan, but this song is beautifully written and very symbolic of my life and all my friends and family who have been my life lines as I have battled a war for survival from repeated domestic abuse and now legal abuse. The system and the family courts are repeatedly failing to see or acknowledge the abuse despite police reports, medical records, DCF records, and witness testimonies documenting the abuse. I encourage you to listen to this song and to the lyrics as well. 




There is no coincidence the song and the appearance of the swans happened simultaneously.

Swans are waterfowl that are generally very territorial. I was amazed and surprised to see four of them nicely congregating in a very small area of a large pond. We generally perceive swans as graceful and elegant with a close connection to water. They live harmoniously with three out of four Aristotelian elements. With the element of earth, we are reminded to ground our self. With the element of air, we are shown the ability to soar to great heights. With the element of water, we are shown grace and beauty.

I am also reminded about the tale of Ugly Duckling by Hans Christian Anderson that I read as a child. Just like the Ugly Duckling, I have been mislabeled, bullied, outcasted, and abused by those I thought I could trust and believe to protect me and my family from repeated abuse. These swans are reminding me that I will emerge a strong, beautiful and graceful swan as well with the help of great relationships. I am grateful for each and every one of my friends and family who have been by my side through thick and thin as I attempt to permanently sever the ties with my abuser once and for all. Despite my repeated attempts, I view my abuser like a pit-bull that just will not let go of his bite or grip.

These strong majestic swans appeared today for a reason just like the song "Broken Road". Since swans are very loyal and they will mate with the same swan sometimes over a life time, they served as a reminder to have faith in the blessings soon to come. Just like in the fairytale, these new nurturing relationships have been helping me to become stronger again, to be set free and transform into the majestic swan. Both the fairytale and the symbolic meaning of the swans serves as a reminder of our inherent glory. I am reminded to have unwavering faith with persistence of heart while pursuing the truth and gifts I was born with confidence and grace.

The 12:42 is another divine message that this 10+yr karmic life cycle is about to come to an end. The date 4/4/14 is confirmation symbolically to know that I am divinely protected. Both sets of numbers are telling me that now is the time to faith God more than ever before, because positive change is afoot. Believe it.

I don't believe in coincidences, but I do believe in divine synchronicities. As the song "Broken Road" goes "This much I know is true, That God blessed the broken road, That led me straight to you."

And today was very synchronistic of my reflections, this song, and the swans.

A Period Of Transformation and Transiton

How quickly did the summer go? This past summer was fun, exciting, yet challenging. It was quite polarizing. It gave us a lot to work on. Gave us challenges and if you did your work, it revealed a lot to us. We are all in a process of transformation. How are you embracing it?

On of the themes that seemed to keep emerging was about faith especially in the areas surrounding fear and love. Many of the reiki sessions, holistic health sessions, and readings seemed to have revealed the common themes. Many of us had and may still be having our faith challenged. However, in order to have love, you can not have fear. Fear and love can not coexist.

The Universe is reminding us to always have faith especially during times of great distress, because the minute you lose faith is the time you have lost the miracle you have been waiting for. Always have faith because with faith, anything is possible.

In my last newsletter, I talked about being called to open your heart to the ocean of dreams ... to step outside the box and live a little. To enjoy living as it is a matter of perspective. Did you?

This is a time to set your spirit free and soar to new heights. There is nothing to fear but fear itself. So let the magic begin. Time to let go of control a bit. You just might surprise yourself by discovering things about yourself or others you may not have seen through different eyes. So, be in your power.

We are all in a period of transformation and transition. Embrace it. A lot of the readings over the past month or so as well as direct messages from Spirit have brought new meaning to "the world is your oyster". It is time to light your fire and get moving. Trusting During The Storm

The last 24 hours have been a doozy.

I don't know about you, but the energies have been quite the ride. The nor'easter that just blew through here was filled with chaos, wind, flooding, blinding rains, and debris.

It is very symbolic of all the clearing of the debris that is needed in our lives in order for us to move into the next phase of our lives. One of the lessons that I have learned in the past 24 hours, is the lessons of trusting the universe and the divine path that we are on.

This was an experience I witnessed first hand. By not caving into the fears and anxieties of the amazing changes occurring in my life, I communicated clearly. I trusted the messages the Universe was sending me, and now things are not only back on track, but I feel better than ever before.

Don't forget, we are still in mercury retrograde. So issues surrounding communication is paramount. We are also at a point in time where the cosmic shifts over the past several months are aligning us for what we are sent here to do to fulfill our divine purpose.

Challenge is, if you resist the changes, you may not see the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow so to speak.
